ANSWERS TO SOME COMMON QUESTIONS

Q. Do you charge for a Design Consultation?”

A. Yes. We charge a flat fee for this service. Please contact our office for our current rates.


Q. How do you charge for you services?

A. We have an hourly fee structure. Time spent on your project is logged and is billed monthly.


Q. Do you accept Credit Cards?

A. Yes we do, in addition to accepting cheques or cash.


Q. Do I have to sign an agreement for your services?

A. Yes. Upon hiring us for work beyond the Initial Consultation, a Client Agreement is drawn up between the client and ROOMS & BLOOMS.


Q. Do you require a Deposit?

A. Yes. A retainer is required upon signing the agreement. Further deposits will be required once the work proceeds. As every project is unique, the timing and amounts are geared to individual jobs.


Q. How do I prepare for a Design Consultation?

A. If possible, we request you send us a picture of your space ahead of time along with style images of spaces that appeal to you. This will allow us the opportunity to prepare before we meet you.


Q. Do I have to use your services for everything or as needed?

A. We are flexible and willing to adapt to your needs, whether it’s working on an ‘as needed’ consultancy basis or managing the whole project, we can work out a system which best suits you.


Q. Do you work with a particular style?

A. We have no preconceived ideas with regards to our design work. Our clients have their own unique personalities and tastes. We pride ourselves on creating an environment that complements each client’s individuality.
